This one-day, experiential workshop is designed specifically for helping professionals—therapists, counselors, social workers, and others in caregiving roles—who are seeking personal renewal, emotional grounding, and powerful tools for self-regulation.
Guided by licensed psychologist and equine-assisted therapy expert Dr. Arieahn Matamonasa-Bennett, participants will engage in a series of nature-based restorative practices and hands-on equine-assisted exercises. The day blends mindfulness, somatic awareness, and emotional processing—offering a unique opportunity to slow down, reset, and reconnect with your own inner resilience.
